About Natalie Lillian

Natalie Lillian is an Afro-fusion Boho-Chic clothing brand offering Ready-to-Wear, Custom Fit, made-to-order, and select personalized garments. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Natalie Lillian,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Natalie Lillian brand and online store. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor.

Products & Availability

We make every effort to display our products, colors, details, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. Because computer and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the color shown on your screen will exactly match the physical garment. Many Natalie Lillian designs feature handcrafted details, unique prints, artistic elements, or small-batch production. Slight variations may occur and are part of the individuality of each piece. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-Wear garments are already made and available in select sizes. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, fit notes, and the Size & Fit Guide before placing an order. Availability may be limited, and not every design will be offered in every size. Custom Fit & Made-to-Order Items Custom Fit and made-to-order garments are created after an order is placed. When selecting Custom Fit, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements within the requested timeframe. A Custom Fit garment is created using the measurements provided by the customer. Custom Fit does not guarantee a particular personal fit preference unless that preference has been clearly communicated and agreed upon before production.Because Custom Fit, made-to-measure, personalized, and made-to-order garments are created specifically for the customer, they may be subject to different cancellation, return, and exchange terms than Ready-to-Wear items. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy before ordering.

Customer Measurements

Customers selecting Custom Fit are responsible for submitting accurate measurements according to the measurement instructions provided by Natalie Lillian. Natalie Lillian is not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, +-incorrectly taken, or incorrectly submitted measurements. If measurements appear incomplete or unclear, we may contact you for additional information. Production may be delayed until all required measurements or information are received. If you need help before submitting your measurements, please contact info@natalielillian.com.

Price & Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or production begins. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout when required.

Orders & Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has entered production or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product unavailability, inability to fulfill the order, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible to info@natalielillian.com. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Ready-to-Wear orders may be processed quickly and may not be changed or canceled once processing or shipment has begun. Custom Fit and made-to-order garments may enter production shortly after the required order information and measurements are received. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or changed unless Natalie Lillian agrees otherwise.

Production & Processing Times

Ready-to-Wear and Custom Fit orders have different processing timelines.Estimated processing or production times may be provided on the product page or during the ordering process. These estimates do not include shipping transit time. Custom Fit and made-to-order garments require additional time because they are created specifically for the customer. Production may be delayed if required measurements, approvals, or other requested information are not received on time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Natalie Lillian is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other unexpected disruptions. If we are unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law. U.S. federal rules require online sellers to ship within the promised time or, if no shipping time is stated, generally within 30 days and to address delays through the required consent or refund process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact info@natalielillian.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, and Custom Fit concerns are governed by our separate Refund & Exchange Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. Discounts generally cannot be applied to previous purchases. We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Natalie Lillian website including the brand name, logo, original text, graphics, photographs, product images, design concepts, and other creative content is owned by or licensed to Natalie Lillian unless otherwise stated.
